WorkerHub Account Deletion
Effective Date: April 27, 2026
Users can request deletion of their WorkerHub account.
How to Request Deletion
- Email workerhubhq@gmail.com
- Use subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered phone number or email and your name
What Gets Deleted
- Profile details
- Personal contact details
- Uploaded profile images where applicable
What May Be Retained
- Limited booking and payment mapping records kept as soft-deleted internal information with WorkerHub
- Records required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons
- Anonymized analytics
What Happens After Deletion
Once deletion is completed, account access is removed and profile visibility is disabled. Some related details may be soft deleted and retained only as internal records with WorkerHub for operational mapping (such as bookings and related service flow), compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
Retained soft-deleted information is not used for unrelated marketing or any other unrelated purpose.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.
Verification
WorkerHub may request basic verification details to confirm account ownership before processing a deletion request.
