Acceptance of Terms
By using WorkerHub, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What WorkerHub Does
WorkerHub is a platform connecting customers, service providers, and workers.
WorkerHub is not the direct employer of workers unless explicitly stated.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Use the app lawfully
- Do not misuse ratings, reviews, or booking features
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Provider and Worker Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service details
- Honor accepted bookings
- Maintain quality and safety
- Confirm direct UPI payments honestly
Direct UPI Payments
Customers may pay providers directly through UPI. WorkerHub may display provider UPI details and record payment status, but provider confirmation is used for payment status in the MVP.
WorkerHub does not guarantee settlement of payments made directly between users and providers.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings and cancellation workflows may evolve over time and can vary by provider.
Account Access and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, commit fraud, impersonate others, or use WorkerHub for unlawful activities.
Suspension and Termination
WorkerHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create legal or safety risks.
Limitation of Liability
WorkerHub provides platform tools and is not liable for disputes between users except as required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes are subject to applicable legal processes and jurisdiction requirements.
Changes to Terms
WorkerHub may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
